Maria creates healing spaces and supports people through the many thresholds of life. Her work is grounded in liberation psychology, and her approach is holistic, trauma-informed, and collaborative. Weaving modern neuroscience with indigenous earth wisdom, Maria supports people to slow down, reconnect, and remember true nature. She values tending to wounds for wisdom, protecting our natural resources and energy systems, transparency, cellular satisfaction, and the transformative power of play.
Awakened by her own near-death experience and heartbreak, Maria has personally supported thousands of people since 2011. Rosebud Healing was created to provide nourishment and guidance for people who are healing from medical trauma, people who are dying, and people who are seeking more fulfilling relationships in life.
Maria makes her home on the unceded lands of the Ute, Arapahoe, and Cheyenne people, now known as Lakewood, Colorado. She loves witnessing the subtle shift of seasons and singing songs to carry her through moments both mundane and mysterious.
