WILD EMBRACE

Meditation Retreat in Taos, NM

June 26 - June 30, 2025

Do you long to feel the sweet solace of the wild? Maybe you plan camping trips and hiking adventures to reclaim your connection with nature, soaking up the magic of the land and its inhabitants. In this retreat, we will turn toward the wild nature of the heart and explore the unmapped landscape of the spirit for individual and collective healing.

Join us… Thursday, June 26 - Monday, June 30, 2025

Rooted in the adaptive healing processes of the human nervous system and the spiritual wisdom of loving-kindness, WILD EMBRACE offers a 4-day guided exploration of evidence-based therapeutic practices to support resilience and transformation.

Through somatic breathwork, grounding meditations, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), expressive arts, sound healing, connection with nature, and periods of silent reflection, we will explore how to turn toward our inner experience and cultivate a courageous, loving presence. To soften into resistance, heal the rejected parts of the self, transform fear and rage into a powerful source of compassion, and move beyond limiting beliefs.

This retreat is for everyone. Whether you are new to meditation or seeking to deepen your practice, WILD EMBRACE invites you to meet yourself fully—held by community, nature, and the breath—so that you may return to daily life with greater clarity, empowerment, freedom, and inner strength.
